Pay for Arbor with your ESA funds

If your state gives your family an education savings account, you may be able to pay for Arbor with it instead of a card. You get the same 14 free days either way.

Where Arbor is an approved vendor

How it works

  1. Sign up and set up your year as usual. On the last step, choose Pay with ESA funds instead of adding a card, and type each child’s full name exactly as it appears on their ESA account.
  2. Your 14 free days start right away. No card needed.
  3. In Settings, Billing, download one invoice per child. It covers the rest of the school year, through June 30, because that is when these programs’ years end: $24.99 for each month left, never more than $249.99. You only pay for your first two children. Every child after that is free, so they need no invoice. Each July, you get next year’s invoices from the same page.
  4. In ClassWallet, choose Pay Vendor, pick Arbor Homeschool LLC, upload the invoice, and pay it from that child’s account.
  5. When ClassWallet pays us, your year opens through June 30. If it’s still being processed when your free days end, write to us and we’ll keep your account open while it goes through.

If your program pays you back instead

Some programs reimburse you after you pay. Start with a card as usual. Every payment in Settings, Billing has a receipt for each child, with their name, the dates, the amount and the card, ready to submit. Each program sets its own rules about what it covers, so check yours before you count on it.
