1 · Monday, with your coffee
The day is already there.
Each kid’s lessons for today, in the order to teach them, with how long each one takes. Nothing to plan, nothing to print unless you want to.
2 · At the table
Open the lesson. Teach it from your phone, or print it.
Teaching mode walks you through one idea at a time, in type big enough to read aloud. The questions to ask are pulled right out. Your kids never tap anything.
3 · Older kids, on their own
Hand a subject to their desk.
Put a subject on your child’s desk and they work through it themselves: they read the idea, type the worksheet, and it’s checked against the answer key. You see how it went and the one question worth going over together.
We suggest desks for 6th grade and up. Younger kids usually learn best right beside you, but any age can have one.
4 · When the worksheet’s done
Snap the paper. You confirm the grade.
Arbor checks it problem by problem against the key. What was shaky comes back on a later sheet, woven in, and the sheet never gets longer.
5 · Friday, then Sunday, or never
A note on how the week went. The next one, already planned.
Friday brings a short note on what clicked. Move any lesson, catch up in one step, or print the week for the fridge. Finish the week, and Arbor plans the next one around what actually happened.
6 · All year
The whole year, and the records that keep themselves.
Open any subject to see its year, unit by unit, at your kid’s real level. Attendance, hours, grades and real work log as you teach, ready to print for your state’s forms. The documents are yours to make, and yours to sign.
